Yeh Baat Sach Hai Mera Baap Kam Na Tha Maan Se,

Azeez-tar Woh Mujhe Rakhta Tha Rag-e-Jaan Se,
Yeh Baat Sach Hai Mera Baap Kam Na Tha Maan Se,
Woh Maan Ke Kehne Pe Kuch Raub Mujhpe Rakhta Tha,
Yehi Wajah Thi Mujhe Choomtey Jhijhakta Tha,
Woh Ashnaa Mere Har Karb Se Raha Har Dum,
Jo Khul Ke Ro Nahin Paya Magar Sisakta Tha,
Jurri Thi Uski Har Ek Haan Fakat Meri Haan Se,
Yeh Baat Sach Hai Mera Baap Kam Na Tha Maan Se,
Har Ek Dard Woh Chup Chaap Khud Pe Sehtaa Tha,
Tamaam Umar Woh Apnon Se Katt Ke Rehta Tha,
Woh Laut’ta Tha Raat Der Tak Din Bhar,
Wajood Uska Paseeney Mein Thal Ke Behta Tha,
Giley They Mujhe Phir Bhi Aese Chaak-Daama Se,
Yeh Baat Sach Hai Mera Baap Kam Na Tha Maan Se,
Purana Suit Pehenta Tha Kam Woh Khaata Tha,
Magar Khiloney Mere Sab Khareedta Tha,
Woh Mujh Ko Soye Huye Dekhta Tha Jee Bhar Ke,
Na Jane Soch Ke Kya Kya Woh Muskuraata Tha,
Mere Bagher They Sab Khawb Us Ke Wiraan Se,
Yeh Baat Sach Hai Mera Baap Kam Na Tha Maan Se.

An Interesting Article

What is sun protection?
Sun protection is simply guarding a body from the adverse effects of sunlight. Aside from the hazards of heat, the sun poses the danger of sunburn, which can permanently damage the skin and cause skin cancer, precancerous changes in the skin, as well as premature wrinkling and signs of aging. Exposure to ultraviolet rays from the sun is a known risk factor for the development of both melanoma and non-melanoma skin cancers.

How is sunburn best prevented?
The best ways to avoid sunburn are to
limit time in the sun, especially between peak sunlight hours of 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.;
wear protective clothing, including
a broad-brimmed hat,
a shirt with sleeves that cover the arms, and
a long skirt or pants with long legs; and
use a protective sunscreen to minimize the penetration of the sun's ultraviolet (UV) rays
What is sunscreen?
Sunscreen is any substance or material that protects the skin from UV radiation. Sunscreens are available in the forms of topical lotion, cream, ointment, gel, or spray that can be applied to the skin; a salve or stick that can be applied to the lips, nose, and eyelids; a moistener in towelettes that can be rubbed against the skin; sunglasses that protect the eyes; certain types of sun-protection clothing; and film screen that can be affixed to the windows of a car, room, or office.

Bachpan Kay Dukh Bhi Kitnay Achay Hote Thay
Tab to Sirf Khilonay Toota Kartay Thay
Wo Khushiyan Bhi Jane Kesi Thin
Titli K Par Noch K Uchla Kerte They
Paon Maar K Khud Barish K Pani Mein
Apni Nao Aap Daboya Kerte They
Chotey They To Makr-o-Faraib Bhi Chotey They
Dana Daal K Chiriya Pakra KerteThey

Hum Is Baat Pay Aksar Soacha Kartay Thay
Apne Jal Jane Ka Ehsas Bhi Na Tha
Jaltey Hueye Shoulon ko Chera Kerte They
Ab To Aansoo Bhi Ruswa Kerte Hain
Bachpan Main Jee Bhar Kay Roya Kartay Thay
